Nelli was previously a Strategy Associate at Hertility, an award-winning early-stage women’s health start-up, formulating a B2B sales strategy and supporting next-round fundraising. She also worked in healthcare consulting, advising pharmaceutical and biotech companies on global and regional commercial strategy, and in biotech venture capital.
Nelli holds a Master’s in Drug Discovery and Development from Imperial College Landon and a Bachelor’s in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge

Isabella Grandic co-founded Boob Blurb, a women's health conversation starter card game. Boob Blurb aims to break down the taboos associated with female bodies and to celebrate inquiry around our bodies. Formerly she worked on the project End Maternal Mortality (EMM) whose materials were donated to the Jigawan State Government in Nigeria to reduce deaths from postpartum hemorrhaging. In 2020 Isabella designed a standard framework for the British Standards Institute to evaluate health technology for women’s health. She studies biochemistry at the University of North Carolina under the Morehead-Cain scholarship. Her passionate hobby is writing on her blog, especially about philosophy, women’s equity and scientific progress

Rachel was Co-Founder and President of Semprae Laboratories, Inc., a venture-backed company focused on developing and marketing women's sexual health products. The company was sold to Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2013. Rachel focuses on driving growth for female health and wellness companies. In addition, she speaks broadly on entrepreneurship, leadership and women in business and is a monthly contributor to Huffington Post and a frequent contributor to Inc. She earned her BA from Duke University, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa and her MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Rachel is the recipient of numerous business awards.
